The Lakes Area Law Enforcement Employment Co-op is a group of 11 law enforcement agencies from a four county area in NW Iowa.

All of the agencies listed below share the financial costs of eligibility testing of applicants. This also makes the application process more efficient for the applicants as well as the law enforcement agencies.

Once an applicant has gone through the testing process, he or she will be eligible to apply for open positions in any of the agencies in our co-op that they may choose.

All law enforcement positions in these 11 agencies will be filled by applicants who have gone through the testing process.
